Her heart was weak, she was used to the moving constantly, but the not eating she still had trouble with. Her eyes scanned the horizion. The setting sun glistened off the water infront of her, She had yet to reach it. She sighed her legs walking slowly. Her head low the last scene of wolves she had seen was at her pack lands, was watching the Fuhni leave after slaying her brother.
Her ears listened carefully it had been monthes since she had eaten a real meal, since she had even seen another wolf. She had been living off things she could find and nothing else.
Her paws were now wet, she felt the water. Her maw form a smile. She looked down and sighed. Her body fell to the ground as she lapped the water. She would end up making herself sick from drinking so much, but she needed it, it was like a substitute for food.
Her head flew up and her smal howl rang into the air. Her song of love lost, of sorrow, of hunger and much more.

Smiling to himself, the now five month old pup was not worried about much, in fact he looked carefree. This was something brought on by experience, as this was not actually his first time as a pup, though thats another story altogether. Right now he was busy chowing down on a few mice he had managed to catch, when he heard a howl of a pup seemingly abandoned, and alone.
Looking at the few mice remaining, he sighed, resigning himself to not eating much today, and carried them in his mouth, wandering over where the sound had came from, and then when he saw a small pup by a stream, he ran over, dropping the mice next to her and asking " Are you ok?"

Her head lowered down into the water she sighed softly and gazed at her gentle blurry refelction staring back at her. Her eyes scanned the water for anything eatable. She wondered if it would hurt to eat rocks or dirt.. she sighed again shaking the thought from her head.
The sound of paws hitting the earth beside her made her head fly up and in to direction of the other pup. She smiled gently to the pup and stared at him, the first wolf she had seen in months. She looked to the mice in his jaw and her maw began to water. She smiled as he set them down beside her. She looked carefully at him then back at the mice.
'Are you okay?' were his words. She smiled and shook her head.
"You are the first wolf ive seen for months."
She admitted to him. She smiled gently and looked to the mice and tilted her head in confusion.

She smiled and shook her head, telling him he was the first wolf she had seen in months. Which, honestly, was the same here, he had been wandering for a while himself. People seemed to be scarce around here for some reason.
She then looked at the mice and tilted her head, and he told her " They're for you." He told her, hoping that she would eat them.

She looked at him and smiled again he told her they were hers? She grinned happily but her head dropped.
"Tis your food arent you hungry?"
She asked loking at him. She smiled gently and her head went up again looking at him, no one in there right mind would share a meal with her.. She stared at the mice. Her mouth watering. She sighed, she hadnt had a meal like that since the day before she had to leave.

She smiled at him, but her head dropped and she asked weren't they his, and wasn't he hungry? Which in truth he was, though he smiled and said " I can catch more." He shrugged, watching her mouth water at the mice, and nudged one towards her, saying " I know your hungrier than I will ever be."

Her eyes looked up to his face. She smiled and nodded listening to his reply. She shook her head and grinned. " Dont be so sure... The only problem with me is I dont know how to hunt, i was never taught.. " She sighed and looked to the mice again and watched as he nudged one towards her. She let the smell rush into her nostrils before even thinking about gripping it in her teeth.
Her head dropped again and her jaws wrapped themseleves around the mouse. She smirked feeling the rush of blood flowing into her mouth. She had missed that feeling. She chewed and glouped the mouse, her stomach growling for more.

She looked at him and smiled, saying to not be so sure, and that the problem with her was she hadn't learned how to hunt. Soon enough she was starting to eat and he pushed the second mouse to her, knowing she would want some more. Since he figured she hadn't eaten for at least a week, and that wasn't something he envied her for.

Her eyes moved back to his face. She smiled softly and nodded a thank you as she scarffed down the second mouse. "Thank you, So much!" she said happily as she licked his face prooving her thankfulness. She licked her face removing the small particles of blood left from the mice.

She smiled and ate the second mouse, before thanking him a lot, and licking his face. She licked her face and he chomped the last mouse down, eating most of it before sighing and relaxing, asking her soon " So how is life?" He asked her wondering, sitting down close to her, very close to her.

She grinned looking at him as he chomped down on the last mouse. She tilted her head when he didnt finish it. She shrugged it off and sat down. She listened to His sigh and felt his relax. She smiled. "Life as a loner pup.. Is pretty hard." She said as he sat down really close to her. She smiledand looked at him. "But right now, Life is pretty good." She said looking at him. Her eyes blinked and she grinned happily.

She seemed curious about him not eating it all, but he wanted to space it out, for now at least. She said that life was hard as a loner pup, and he nodded, it could get pretty rough, but he managed, mainly because this wasn't his first time as a pup. She then brightened and said that life was good, which made him smile slightly and say to her " well, thats nice!" He licked her forhead in a warm friendly gesture.

She smiled looking up at him, he licked her forehead, she grinned. Ria smiled and sighed. "Yeah it is nice... Life isnt good all the time..." she said looking at him.

She smiled and licked his forhead back, and she said that it was nice, that life isn't always good, and he told her " thats why the good parts are all the more special." He brushed up against her, wanting some company. Of course, he wanted company in more ways than one, but that was for later on, when he was grown up.

She grinned looking at him "Yupp, Your right," she smiled as he brushed up against her. She smiled nudging him slightly. She blinked and sighed happily. She nodded and closed her eyes she had wanted company for so long and finally had it, She knew nothing but loneliness, and she now loved being around someone else, or could that just have been the brute beside her?
